Life with Lily, Mary Ann Kinsinger & Suzanne Woods Fisher
This is a great start for a children's series. It is very much like the Little House books and other colonial based books. I like the fact that it is written from a child's perspective of the Amish life. This book tells the story of a little Amish girl who fills her days with adventure, smile and great childish things that make for a wonderfully simple life filled with God's presence.
This is a great book for you pre-teen or upper elementary. My daughter is in the 6th grade and really enjoyed it.
Thanks to Revell for this review copy.
