This book is good for pre-teens and teens alike. I thought it was a bible study when I first looked at it. Instead it is a 183 page book filled with simple truth from the bible about everyday things girls face - the popularity contest, beauty, clothes, fashion, boys, dating - you name it it is in this little book. Andrea Stephens does an excellent job at writting a book that is appealing to young ladies and is written in a relaxed, easy to read way - making it almost like a visit with a friend.
