New HOme For Lily, Mary Ann Kinsinger and Suzanne Woods Fisher

The second in this series is just as fun as the first! I appreciate the fact that there is good Christian literature on the market for young children. Lily has moved and now she is slated for a set of all new adventures and fun. Children are invited into the Amish world of this young lady. They discover life on a farm and a new way of living as Lily gets new baby animals. I think my older daughter can empathize with Lily as Lily wonders why she has yet another brother and still prays for a baby sister. This book is all about transition and new experiences and will help children understand they are not alone in having to make serious adjustments in life. They too may question God and in this book they will see that this is not so uncommon. This is a cute and wonderful story. I look forward to the continued series. Thanks Revell for this review copy.
