While Love Stirs, Lorna Seilstad

Charlotte Gregory is anything but your typical stay at home quiet girl. A recent graduate from Fannie Farmer's School of Cookery she is excited to get to travel and do cooking demonstrations. Every time she turns around this feisty young girl is into something. This is not the first book of this kind that this author has written about an a-typical girl of the times. She also had an excellent series called the the Lake of Manawa Summers series. This book is equally well-written and exciting to read. It is difficult to put down; it is easily read in a day if you have the time to sit down and enjoy a quick read. I loved how this author wove to love stories into the book - or better yet two very different suitors for Charlotte. One that was sweet and gentle and over powered by her independent personality and one with OCD tendencies that where on the verge of being laughable. The one had no chance because of his puppy like love and the other fought his feelings because he did not picture himself with a dominate, strong willed lady. Thanks to Revell for this review copy.
